Fill in your personal data so we can contact you:

First and Last Name: Your official name
Street, ZIP, City: Your private address (will not be published)
Email: For access data and notifications
Phone (optional): For inquiries

Note: All fields are mandatory except for the phone number.

2. Pseudonym and Mail Address →

Choose your pseudonym that will be used for your public mail address:

Allowed characters: Letters (including accents), numbers, spaces, hyphens, underscores and @#&
Live preview: Your future address is displayed immediately
Mailbox number: Automatically generated (can be recreated with F5)

Important: The pseudonym cannot be changed later. Check the preview carefully!

3. Credit Code →

If you have a credit code, you can enter it here:

Format: XXXX-XXXX (uppercase letters and numbers)
Validation: The code is checked for validity immediately

Tip: The code can only be redeemed during the ordering process.

4. Subscriptions →

Choose the duration of your subscription:

Monthly: CHF 4.00 (credit card only)
Yearly: CHF 36.00 (save 25%)
2-Yearly: CHF 60.00 (save 30%)

Note: For bank transfer or TWINT, the monthly subscription is automatically changed to a yearly subscription.

Here you'll find your personal data and contract information:

Name & Email: Your stored contact details
Contract Start/End: Duration of your subscription
Account Status: Current status of your account

Function: Quick overview of your master data and contract duration.

2. Invoices →

Here you can download all previous invoices as PDF.

Chronological list: All invoices sorted by date
PDF Download: Direct access to invoice PDFs
Automatic naming: Invoices are named with date

Function: Archive of your payment receipts with download option.

3. ID Document →

Shows the ID document you uploaded.

Document view: Display of your stored ID
Download: Option to view again
Verification: Status of identity check

Function: Verification of your currently stored ID with download option.

4. Inbox →

Contains all documents sent to your pseudonym address.

Digital Mail: All documents addressed to you
PDF View: Direct view in browser
Sorting: Newest documents first

Function: Digital mailbox for postal items with PDF view.

5. Pseudonym Address →

Displays your anonymous receiving address that you can use for online orders, for example.

Complete address: Display of your personal mailbox address
Copy function: Easy copying with one click
Anonymity: No need to share your private address

Usage: Use this address wherever you don't want to provide your private address.

6. Imprint Link →

Your personal imprint link for websites or social media.

Predefined link: Legally correct imprint
Automatic generation: Always kept up to date
Copy function: Easy transfer for websites

Usage: Add this link to your websites or social media profiles to comply with legal imprint requirements.

7. Custom Imprint Link →

Here you can customize the display text for your imprint link.

Text adjustment: Individual link text
Live preview: Immediate display of changes
HTML Code: Ready embedding code
Copy functions: For text and HTML

Tip: Use a descriptive text like "Imprint of [Your Pseudonym]" for better user guidance.

Determines which information appears in your public imprint.

Contact Information: Show additional contact options
Bank Details: For business accounts or donations
Payment Methods: Which payment types you accept

Adult Content: Special links for 18+ content

Note: With renewal disabled, your contract ends on the specified end date. No separate cancellation is needed. We are straightforward and efficient :-)

19. Emergency Deletion →

Immediate and irrevocable deletion of your account in case of emergency.

Immediate Effect: No waiting period
Complete: All data will be deleted
Irrevocable: No recovery possible
Fee: For immediate deletion

Warning: This process cannot be undone! Backup important data beforehand.
