orientas.digital – General Terms and Conditions GTC

These GTC govern the contractual relationships between orientas.digital and the users of the website.

Provision of a deliverable postal address under a pseudonym, digitization of incoming mail, and provision via customer portal and email.

Membership begins upon payment and ends automatically after 1, 12, or 24 months. Optional renewal available.

Payment via Stripe, bank transfer, or TWINT. Access is granted upon receipt of payment.

No use for unlawful purposes. Providing truthful information is mandatory.

No guarantee for permanent availability or uninterrupted service. Our technical service providers guarantee us an availability of at least 99.9%.

See privacy policy. Members can optionally choose features for enhanced data control, including complete deletion of pseudonym-related data if needed.

Contract can be terminated at any time. For selected memberships, immediate automated deletion occurs within 24h after activation by the member.

Liability only in cases of intent or gross negligence. No liability for data loss or misuse by third parties.

Changes reserved. Continued use after changes implies consent.

Swiss law applies. Jurisdiction is Koppigen, Switzerland.
