orientas.digital places great importance on protecting the privacy of its members. Personal data is treated confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Switzerland and, where applicable, the European Union.

• Contact details (name, address, email, phone number)
• Pseudonym (stored separately, without direct link to identity)
• Contract and payment information
• Incoming mail (digitized as PDF)
• System-related metadata (e.g., IP address, language, timestamp)

Data is processed exclusively to provide and manage the agreed services.

All data is stored on servers in Switzerland. There is a strict separation between pseudonymized and personal data. Access is protected by a role-based system with two-factor authentication.

Personal data is not shared with third parties, except for payment processors (Stripe, TWINT) or in response to formally justified legal requests. Every request by authorities is reviewed for legal basis, jurisdiction, and mutual criminal liability. Our system is designed to preserve members' data protection rights to the greatest extent possible.

Members can choose optional additional features when signing the contract, such as immediate contract termination with complete and automated deletion of pseudonym-related data. This occurs within 24 hours, irrevocably and system-controlled. Recovery is technically impossible.

Members have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, and object to processing at any time.

Data is stored only as long as necessary for contract fulfillment. Afterward, it is automatically deleted or blocked in compliance with legal requirements.
