Cancellation Terms for Subscriptions

Under Swiss Code of Obligations (OR), there is no statutory right of withdrawal for subscriptions. You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

1. Easy Cancellation in Customer Panel

To cancel your subscription:

• Log in to your customer account.
• Select "No" for the "Renew contract" option.

This setting serves as a straightforward cancellation at the end of the period without further steps.

2. Trial Option with Monthly Subscription

For new customers, we recommend:

• Start with a flexible monthly subscription.
• Test our service without commitment.
• Switch to a longer-term subscription with price benefits at any time if satisfied.

3. Important Notes

• No refunds: Payments for already started billing periods will not be refunded.
• Service until period ends: Your access remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Automatic deactivation: After the period ends, your access will be deactivated automatically.
• No returns: Digital services cannot be "returned."

4. Deadlines

• Monthly subscription: Cancel anytime (at least 1 day before the end of the chosen billing period).
• Annual/Biennial subscription: Cancel anytime (at least 1 day before the end of the chosen billing period).

5. Legal Notice

These terms are governed by Swiss law (Art. 1 OR) and replace statutory withdrawal rights, which do not apply to services.
